These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wave mobile application operated by Build By Two & One Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By using Wave, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Service

Wave is a personal maritime career management tool. You may use it to store certificates, track sea service, and manage your professional records. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

2. Account

You must create an account to use Wave. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Wave for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Wave. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide and improve Wave.

5. Offline Functionality

Wave is designed to work offline. Data entered while offline is stored locally on your device and synced when a connection becomes available. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure before sync completes.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep Wave available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wave is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Wave is a record-keeping tool and does not replace official maritime documentation required by flag states or regulatory bodies.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Wave after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Build By Two & One Limited is incorporated.
