These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wave mobile application ("Wave") operated by Build By Two & One Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By using Wave, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Service

Wave is a personal maritime career management tool. You may use it to store certificates, track sea service, and manage your professional records.

Wave is designed as a support tool for personal organization and record-keeping. It does not replace official maritime documentation required by flag states, authorities, employers, or port regulations.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and proper use of all data entered into the app.

2. Account

You must create an account to use Wave. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Wave for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application
• Share your account credentials with third parties

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Wave.

By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the service.

5. Digital Records and User Responsibility

Wave allows you to store and export digital copies of your records.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Wave does not guarantee that digital copies will be accepted as valid or sufficient documentation in any situation
• Certain certificates and documents may be required in original or certified form depending on applicable maritime regulations, flag state requirements, or employer policies
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that you carry and present the required original documentation when necessary
• Wave is not responsible for any consequences resulting from reliance on digital records in situations where original documents are required

6. Offline Functionality

Wave is designed to work offline. Data entered while offline is stored locally on your device and synchronized when a connection becomes available.

We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, user actions, or incomplete synchronization.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Wave available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or external factors may affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wave is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, business, or opportunities
• Any decisions made based on the information stored in Wave

Wave does not guarantee regulatory compliance, employment eligibility, or document validity.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time within the app.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Wave after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the company's place of incorporation.
